What LiftSync does for you, the handful of words you'll see in the portal, and where you land when you sign in.

Sign in with your email and password or with Google or Microsoft, accept an invitation, and what to do if you can't get in.

The sidebar, the search box, the alerts bell, the Live indicator, breadcrumbs and where to find your profile and sign out.

What owners, admins, operators, viewers and lift companies (resellers) can see and do in LiftSync, and how access to an organisation carries down to the organisations under it.

See all your properties on a map, spot the ones where a lift's emergency call equipment needs attention, and open a property or lift in one or two steps.

Find any of your buildings, see which lifts' emergency call equipment needs attention, and check who to call on site.

Use the Alerts page to see every problem with your lifts' emergency call equipment, every emergency call LiftSync has recorded, what each alert means, and which ones have already been picked up.

Let everyone know you're dealing with a problem with a lift's emergency call equipment, stop LiftSync contacting more people, and close the alert once the problem is sorted.

See everything a lift's gateway has reported, from emergency calls to its regular check-ins, over the last 12 hours to 7 days.

Use Signal traffic to see what needs attention, spot lifts whose gateway has gone quiet, and look up any report from any lift's gateway.

Find a lift's gateway, see whether its emergency call equipment is healthy, and look through everything it has reported.

Add a new gateway to LiftSync, link it to the lift it's fitted in so LiftSync starts monitoring the lift's emergency call equipment, and return a gateway to stock when it's taken out.

Record where a gateway is fitted, the call centre number its emergency phone dials and when its backup battery was replaced, and keep its phone numbers up to date.

Ask a lift's gateway for a status report, restart it, or set the number its emergency phone dials, and check whether the command worked.

Open Reports, choose an organisation and a period, and download any report as a PDF or a spreadsheet (CSV).

Use the Signal traffic log to list every report from your lifts' gateways, and Signal activity to count them by property.

Use Device status to find gateways that have gone quiet, and Battery levels to see which backup batteries need replacing.

For lift companies: how LiftSync counts your customers' gateways each month and creates their invoices in your own accounting system (Xero), and how to get it ready.

For lift companies: set the prices you charge, add an account for each customer you invoice, and choose who pays for each organisation's gateways.

For lift companies: check each month's invoices, sort out organisations nobody pays for, hold an invoice back if you need to, and send the rest to your accounting system (Xero).

For lift companies: see what you charge each customer beside what LiftSync charges you, and look up the invoices and plans LiftSync bills you on.

Add a new building, correct a property's name or address, add or update the lifts in it, and archive a lift that has been taken out.

Add, change and remove the people to call about a property or an organisation, such as the building manager or the lift technician.

See who LiftSync emails or texts when it raises an alert about a lift's emergency call equipment, and add or remove the people it tells.

Set up your own escalation policy so different people are told about different alerts, or told later, at one property or across an organisation.

See how your organisations fit together, change an organisation's details, add child organisations, and move or archive the ones you no longer need where they are.

Invite someone to LiftSync, look after invitations that haven't been used yet, and change or remove the access people have to your organisations.

For lift companies that run LiftSync for their customers: what you see, how your role carries to each customer, adding new customers and organisations, inviting a customer's people, using your own gateway stock, and what to ask LiftSync to do.

For lift companies: find your lift company's page, invite your own staff, change their role or remove them, and look after invitations that haven't been used yet.

Change your name and mobile number, and choose the time zone LiftSync uses when it shows you times and dates.

Change your email address or password, and connect or disconnect your Google or Microsoft account so you can sign in with it.
