Gateways & Signals

Register gateways, map their signals to lifts and read signal traffic.

  • Check a gateway

Find a lift's gateway, see whether its emergency call equipment is healthy, and look through everything it has reported.

    For:ResellerOwnerAdminOperatorViewer
  • Add a new gateway and fit it to a lift

Add a new gateway to LiftSync, link it to the lift it's fitted in so LiftSync starts monitoring the lift's emergency call equipment, and return a gateway to stock when it's taken out.

    For:ResellerOwnerAdminOperator
  • Change a gateway's details

Record where a gateway is fitted, the call centre number its emergency phone dials and when its backup battery was replaced, and keep its phone numbers up to date.

    For:ResellerOwnerAdmin
  • Send a command to a lift's gateway

Ask a lift's gateway for a status report, restart it, or set the number its emergency phone dials, and check whether the command worked.
