Step-by-step guides for monitoring your lifts, connecting gateways and running your organisation in Liftsync.
Sign in, find your way around the portal and set up your organisation.
Use the map, properties, lifts, alerts and incidents to keep an eye on your fleet.
Register gateways, map their signals to lifts and read signal traffic.
Run reports on your gateways and their signals, and download them as PDF or CSV.
For lift companies: invoice your customers through your own Xero, and see what LiftSync charges you.
Manage members, notifications and your organisation's configuration.
Update your profile, password and personal preferences.
Once LiftSync switches it on, lift company owners and admins get a Billing section. Each month LiftSync counts each customer's gateways, prices them with your plans and creates the invoices in your own Xero, ready for you to check and send.
Lift company owners and admins can add a brand-new customer from Settings › Organisations. Choose New customer of your lift company as the parent, and everyone on your staff can reach it straight away.
Lift company owners and admins can now invite staff, change their role and remove them from Settings › Reseller, without asking LiftSync. You can't give anyone a role above your own.
Pick your role to see the guides written for you. The sidebar and search will remember it.
